「耆萃匯中大」兩天日營
NAWA Summer Camp at CUHK |
|
香港中文大學賽馬會老年學研究所「耆萃匯」於2018年7月12日和13日舉辦「耆萃匯中大」兩天日營，共有39位「耆萃匯」會員及朋友參加。他們參觀香港中文大學的校園及不同的博物館，亦參與了中醫學講座「高齡也健康」及抗衰老健體運動。參加者享受兩天的活動，並對維持身體健康及中大校園有更深的認識。以下短片記錄了當日活動的花絮及部份參加者的感想：
"Network of Ageing Well for All" (NAWA) of CUHK Jockey Club Institute of Ageing organized a 2-day summer camp on 12 and 13 July 2018 with participation of 39 NAWA members and friends. Activities included campus tour and visit of different museums in CUHK, a Chinese Medicine seminar about Ageing and Health and a physical fitness training class. The participants enjoyed the activities in the camp and had more understanding on staying healthy and the CUHK campus. The following video recorded the activity highlights and interviews of some participants:
