“Integrative Primary Care for Older Adults” 研討會

研究所所長胡令芳教授獲邀於5月8日在香港大學家庭醫學及基層醫療學系的研討會上分享如何在香港推行綜合基層醫療的模式，各長者中心和非政府組織推行計劃時，可同時涵蓋老年綜合症與慢性疾病，並結合在階梯支援模式（Step-care model）的首階段中以研究所開發的「健康寶」應用程式為長者進行初步評估，以促進老年人的健康壽命。
