Public Education – Evaluation (Quantitative)

Public Education > Evaluation (Quantitative)

Depending on the content and delivery modalities, various kinds of questionnaires were administered to the participants to gauge the effectiveness of the educational activities. More specifically, participants responded to Likert-type items and indicated the perceived extent to which they had benefited from the activities in accordance with the knowledge-attitude-behavior framework, as well as rated their level of satisfaction with the sessions.

The following tables depict some of the evaluation results obtained from the second phase of the project, as grouped by three subtypes of participants in the public education programme, namely, the general public, patients and their family members, and older people.
